Describe the solution you'd like
Allow dragging favorites around to reorder them in the list/grid

Additional context
After adding a bunch of favorites to my new favorite container... I realized I'd put ones I constantly use at the bottom/middle and random stuff at the top. Tried to grab things to reorder them... nope. Only way is to un-favorite things at the beginning and re-favorite at the end. Not the end of the world - only a dozen or so favorites I needed to pin - but it would be nice.
