Is there an existing issue that is already proposing this?

Dear dnsChanger team.

I request you to add a Tunnel mode to dnsChanger desktop app to tunnel all request through a separate interface.
Similar to what the Nekoray app has implemented for tun mode, the entire system traffic will tunneled by protecting DOT or DOH.
