How do I set Username and Password TextFields read-only while my app waiting for a response from the server?

It would be nice to also have support for setting initial values (at least for the email field) and be able to make them read-only. A possible use case for this would be accepting an invitation to sign-up and pre-populating the email field with the email that was invited.
