Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
By default, BossBar notifications for SiegeWar are enabled. I'd like to have them disabled by default for compatibility sake of our cross platform users.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement config option to set bool for whether bossbar is an enabled preference by default.
