Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

  • Whole running SW+TP, an interesting option would be to capture a province instead of a town
  • Advantages: Occupation escape by town deletion & refounding would become impossible, and dynmap could nicely show nation borders with filled in areas.
  • Disadvantages: In some scenarios it might suit servers to give towns that escape option.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • On capturing a town, a nation is considered the province owner
  • would also need a command to release the province etc.

Describe alternatives you've considered

  • the dynmap thing could be done separately
