Not all selected events deleted

Describe the bug
When selecting all events (using the checkbox on the top that selects all) on the page and then Delete, not all events are deleted. No matter how many events are viewed on the page (10, 25, 50, 200, ...), only about 10-15 are deleted at a time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to event list of some monitor.
2. Click on top-left checkbox to select all events.
3. Click on Delete.
4. Await refresh.
5. Note that not all selected events have been deleted.

Expected behavior
All selected events should have been deleted.

Debug Logs
