My details are being fed into the database inspite showing failed sign-up

Can someone please help me with it. I have copied the file from Git hub as well ,but the issue still persists.
I need to further move in the project as i have been referring it for my mini project

First you can downgrade the Appwrite version to

npm i appwrite@13.0.2
