👟 Reproduction steps

Pre-requisites:

  1. Org. should be on a paid plan with Payment Details added.
  2. You must be the real (admin) owner of the Org.
  1. Go to Org. > Member
  2. Try to delete yourself from the organization
  3. Confirmation modal shows up > Click Leave
  4. Leaving the organization fails with an error -
Membership deletion is prohibited when you have an active payment method. Please remove your payment method and try again.
  1. This error is shown behind the Confirmation Modal

👍 Expected behavior

Dismiss the confirmation modal.

👎 Actual Behavior

Confirmation modal not dismissed.
