页面跳转后不展示 tooltip

Steps to reproduce

项目开启标签的情况下 表格操作内容一个按钮有el-tooltip, 鼠标滑到按钮上方 出现tooltip展示内容
点击tooltip内容跳转页面 鼠标停留在下面某一行的按钮上 ��页面先进行跳转后 由于鼠标停留在下面某一行的按钮上 又打开一个tooltip 但由于此时换了个页面 tooltip展示在了左侧菜单上方
