Touch swipe vertical scrolling issue on iOS (chrome, safari) #296

Hi,

The slider couldn't stay vertically fixed when I scroll.
I have tried using the fix on #226 , but it didn't work.

This problem seems to appear only on iOS device,
I tried it on iPhone X iOS 12.4 with both Chrome and Safari, and iPhone 6 iOS 10 with Safari.

Please help me with this issue, thank you!
