The VideoCreator utility class has been deactivated due to a removed dependency to xuggle. This issue is to reimplement the VideoCreator Utility. It appears that the original intention for this utility was to record actions within the Graph View. It may be useful to explore the possibility of extending this functionality to encompass the entire application window as this may prove useful in creating tutorial material.
Extending this utility to its own plugin interacted with a pop out window may be a little aspirational but would be of value to users wanting to share complex or time-consuming steps without relying on Recording software offered by their OS or Third-party applications.
