Using Partials is great! I really like the idea. However if a website relies on them then visitors with slow internet connection have a very bad experience because of lack of loading indicator support.
I don't see any class being added to the partials loading nor any plugin hooks being added for partials so that I could implement something myself. What's the recommended way for this issue?

Partials currently don't have a way to show a loading indicator. It's on my list of things to add, but I haven't gotten around to that yet.
