Exact location of issue

Article fails to convert.

Problem details

From the log:

Conversion complete: 2 warnings; 101 errors; 1 fatal error; 
5 undefined macros[\AppendGraphicsExtensions, \CJKnospace,
 \fpeval, \OutputFile, \epstopdfDeclareGraphicsRule];
 2 missing files[pdfx.sty, xfp.sty]

The concrete Fatal comes from repeated errors in using \fpeval
