Problem details

Conversion to HTML had a Fatal error and exited abruptly.
Conversion complete: 9 warnings; 29 errors; 1 fatal error; 1 undefined macro[{forest}]; 6 missing files[arydshln.sty, forest.sty, awesomebox.sty, imakeidx.sty, multitoc.sty, bclogo.sty]

Thank you for the report! The current error cascade needs support for forest.sty in latexml, but the other 5 missing packages are also good to add.
