[Feature] Trading task progress modes

There should be several ways of how user can track progress on tasks

1. Time tracking (hours & minutes) (that include Start & Due date as optional) [we have now]
2. Days (count calendar days) we may regulate it by business days and exclude weekends + holidays

Per project / Team, NOT per member or task @KostyaEver

I.e. it can be a team setting that "enforce" specific mode to track progress @KostyaEver , either by time tracking / estimates in hours OR by dates
