[Improvement] Invite/Add new member popup | add 'Name' automatically

When the user invites/adds new member, when add email, then has to add Name.

For the 'Name' field should be implemented auto-complete from the email (all symbols until '@')
This Name should be all higlited

So the user can erase if need and provide proper name.

The popup might be called fron few places

• Settings block 'Members'
• on Kanban page
