content jump with navbar in header fixed

Hi.

I'm using JQueryMobile 1.1 with JQuery 1.7.1 and fixed toolbars.

When push into header fixed, only a title, the header fixed work fine.
But if push a navbar into the header, at navigation, the content load beginning at the navbar altitude, and later, sometimes the content readjust itself at the altitude later than the navbar.

The first load page works fine, but if you change tab, will see the bug.
