Fix non-working links

There are numerous non-working links:

• the top horizontal menu
• the presentations and books links near the footer
• all of the footer links at the bottom
• the links in the dropdowns in the top right
• the links in the top left

Hi Haralan,

Most of the links in the non-learning-specific content - the shared links that go across all of the jQuery sites - will be handled in a higher level template (in WordPress) than this project specifically. So for the time being, it's not worth worrying about whether these links are accurate. If you want to work on verifying that that is all correct, it's living in our web-base-template repo.

Thanks for the info. I was very surprised to see such common links through out the jQuery sites in plain html. I am glad you have a more clever solution.
