生成terrain出了问题 #338

按照custom-terrain这个demo中的做法，我生成了正常的等高线，但地形面出现了问题

好像是从这些位置，直接连接到了另一块不相邻的地形上了

所以针对生成地形的数据，有一个数据格式的要求吧
