Visual Studio Auto Scroll When I Paste or Save

Whe I paste a code or line visual studio will auto scroll me to bottom line, same thing happen when i trying to save. The thing it's just happen randomlt. Sometime it happe quiet frequently but sometimes it happen just once in while
