Get QUnit API into Visual Studio Intellisense

We already export the API as XML. Ping a few people to see what would have to happen to get the QUnit API into intellisense.

Still figuring out if there's anything left to do to get the docs bundled.

Last update I got was this: "We’ll reach out to the owner of the QUnit package and ask them to include this Intellisense file."

I don't know where that package is hosted, but feel like my job here is done.
