Any chance to upgrade to qunitjs 2.4.0 ?

I use async tests quite a bit and find the assert.timeout introduced in 2.4.0 very useful.

Done, as of #144.

Note that I've changed the dependency from a hardcoded version to a caret range, ^2.11.2. This means we'll now automatically use the latest minor upstream releases. If you prefer to remain on a specific version, this is still possible through npm's package-lock feature,
