This may be a total coincidence and hate to cause FUD, but my Sonly oled A8G experienced fairly severe red burn in after turning it off with this homebridge plugin shortly after installing it. Is there a chance that the power off command left the screen on somehow or turned it off in a non-standard way? Has anyone else seen this before? Only symptom/cause was that I happened right after I set up this plugin and I noticed was that it seems to turn off faster than usual. The tv does do some kind of pixel conditioning on power off (it warns you about image retention if you kill the power to the tv) which is why I suspect the relationship.

Good news is the image retention feature seemed to recover the panel. 😓

Edit: the red pixels are still cooked. Not sure if those will recover
