Describe the bug

Repro steps:

Expected:
Video loading is unaffected

Actual:
Extension slows down page loading

Debug info
I profiled the first 5s of loading the youtube video and the profile shows a lot of extension activity (see red marks) that should not be running at all (set to manual)

Thanks for the feedback, try the latest version V4.x on Chrome.
