Supporting open source maintainers is more than investing in economic sustainability, but supporting mentally, especially during challenging times, when we are all got remote(d). We keep connected with supporters — it's a great way to keep your head out of a vacuum and get the second opinion from users. Connection with users let us to discover real use cases and plan further development to meet expected capabilities and features.

We are aiming to provide A+ class support over "issues" tickets and invest time into A+ documentation. In cooperation with other fellow-developers, we cover all open tickets within 24 hours.

We use contributed funds to cover expenses for test-servers, demo-websites, and time-based development. With sufficient financing, we would hire moderators and tech-writers to keep the pace with support-related tasks.
