Include "Usage notes" information

Would it be possible to the data contained in "Usage notes" sections? It could work similar to the Etymology data where it could be copied to multiple words or apply to just a single word, depending on the section hierarchy.

I'll ask Tatu about this. There probably are reasons why it was never implemented with all the other stuff, but it might be different now.
