I just solved this error for my case: if you are using Colab (like me), simply commented out object_tracker.py line141: cv2.imshow('output', img). This error occurs when we want to parse some data that should be displayed as separate window, which is not supported by Colab (well, technically it is supported with "from google.colab.patches import cv2_imshow").
