Wrong menu pops up occasionally

While using Tilemill 0.5 with PostGIS as a data source for layers, I'm seeing the wrong menu pop up occasionally when clicking on the settings buttons - both the layer edit and project settings.

I usually see the export list pop up with the title of the correct menu. Something like this: https://skitch.com/smit1678/f6b7f/fullscreen.

After a bit of time processing, it will change to the correct menu. Same thing happens if I click on the project settings, then exit, and click over on the layer edit. You will see the project settings menu while it continues to process.
