Close button & z-index conflicting with tinymce Editor popup

Hey guys,

Appreciate for the great job you are doing, I am having some problem using with tinymce editor, First problem is when i am opening tinymce editor popup when clicking on the popup popup overlay closed automatically

and 2nd is overlay popup z-index is too height it's hiding tinymce popup when i override the css , tinymce popups are no more clickable

Any help will appreciated.
