Something about the custom styling of our specs does not interact nicely with the CSS in the new W3C spec styles that were rolled out this spring.
In wide screen, there's an empty table of contents section extending over top of the spec text.
It doesn't affect SVG 2, but it's a problem on all the other specs I've checked. (I haven't actually checked them all, so it's possible I've gone overkill on the labels.)
