Можно начать с такого:

  • Time to consistently interactive -> Time to interactive - время интерактивности
  • First Interactive -> First CPU Idle -> ? (а тут вот..., может как-то - время первой тишины процесс��ра или первая доступность процессора), ничего толкового в голову не лезет(

там просто суть метрики First CPU Idle в том что она показывает время когда процессор впервые освободился от всех задач...

Может быть, время до интерактивности и высвобождение ЦП (либо разгрузка ЦП)?

А здесь был вопрос о том, как определить термин, или как перевести? А то он уже переведен. Может закрыть?
