Matplotlib plot very slow in solara

Hi,
I am trying to make a plot with pcolormesh from matplotlib, but wrapped in solara.FigureMatplotlib it becomes slow. It is very well possible that I am overlooking something, but at the moment I do not know how to make it faster. for comparison, I also added a cell with a straight plot without solara. Any hint is appreciated.
