Way to install cuda-samples in this repo has been depreciated! #7399

The commands given in this repo regarding the verification of cuda installation has been depreciated.

Once I make the cuda sample folder, a readme file is generated, and upon opening it reads:

"This cuda-repo has been depreciated. Use https://github.com/nvidia/cuda-samples instead
