这个 issue 记录自己 2021 的美食旅程。

火爆大头菜

这个火有点大，辣椒炒出了苦味，但味道还成。下次放辣椒时候注意

还成。火候还是应该再稍微掌握好点，稍微有一点点时间长，再少加点水，早出锅就好了。
