The arrow links to access previous and next months in the pop-up date picker are not keyboard accessible. This is likely because though it is an <a> element, it does not have a valid href. Screen reader users and mobility impaired users who rely on the keyboard or other assistive device to navigate the screen will not be able to accurately select dates.
