Hello Everyone!  I want to share my project in Chapter 6 “Product Requirement Document and Product Roadmap”. Maybe some of you are still unfamiliar with PRD. So PRD is a document that guides the product development team. The Product Manager usually writes this document to explain what products are made, for whom, and how they benefit users, all of these things are recorded in the PRD. The main purpose of this PRD is to align all stakeholders and create a common understanding related to the product being developed. Then there is also the Product Roadmap. Product Roadmap is a visualization of the stages of forming a product. The product roadmap is a 'surefire key' for a Product Manager to present the vision & mission formed to existing stakeholders. Through the product roadmap, we can find out the prioritization that can be done to achieve product development success. And to determine the priorities, it must be based on data and made as objectively as possible. I am very grateful to Binar Academy and I appreciate my facilitator Kak M. A contrarian perspective on product craft or any craft... While I love Bangaly insightful talks on frameworks for improving products, organizations, & careers, I believe that true craft cannot be captured or replicated within a framework. Craft is an art, and art defies the rules of frameworks. Frameworks are invaluable for structured approaches, fostering collaboration, and achieving specific goals. They are the backbone of efficiency and alignment, and have their place in many aspects of business and life. But craft is different. It's the art of being spontaneous, emotional, innovative, and unique. Trying to fit it into a framework is like trying to framework the romance of Paris, or capture the essence of the Golden Gate Bridge. It diminishes the very magic it seeks to explain. Think back to the early days of Uber. We delivered on craft daily. From our app to our whimsical initiatives like Uber Ice Cream and Kittens, it was the magic that made Uber special. It was the culture, the hustle, the commitment at every level to deliver on our brand promise. Throughout history, people have tried to capture and replicate magic—to put it in a bottle, to sell it, to own it. Perhaps the very nature of craft is that it cannot be contained. Perhaps it's meant to be experienced, not explained.

In 2023, I will have the opportunity to take part in the amazing Bangkit program, especially in the Machine Learning section. This program truly changed my life and opened the door to a brighter future. For six months, I delved into various topics related to Machine Learning, from the basics of Python to the implementation of complex AI models. The modules provided are very comprehensive and practical, with guidance from experienced mentors who are always ready to help. One of the unforgettable moments was when I succeeded in completing the final project in the form of a prediction model that can predict events that often occur, namely bullying and violence specifically in teenagers. This project not only hones my technical skills, but also provides a real impact that can be felt by society. Apart from technical knowledge, Bangkit also enriched me with soft skills such as time management, effective communication, and teamwork. I learned to work in interdisciplinary teams, which prepared me for the real world of work. After taking part in the Bangkit program, I felt like I was a Level Up and was considered by my fellow students to be reliable/good at certain fields that I was taking, such as Mathematics, Python, Data and English. Not only that, from waking up I had the opportunity to take the Tensorflow certification exam and succeeded in getting the international certificate Tensorflow Developer Certificated and That was so incredible!!. It's a shame that this year there is no longer a Tensorflow certification exam. The experience at Bangkit really changed my life.
