Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and customer invoicing.
Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels across retail locations to meet demand while minimizing excess.
Operational Support: Assist in coordinating logistics, supply chain, and store operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse data and suggest improvements.
Knowledge of the beauty industry will be advantageous.
