Flo is our Employee of the Month! Our Cafe Assistant & Barista, Flo has a personable approach, professional attitude, and a can-do mindset. She's someone who is keen to learn for not only her own personal growth but for the benefit of the business and the team too. We're so lucky to have you Flo, and so happy you came back to us after your travels around the world 🌎 'CRIT' (a cycling term of course!) represents our value framework that we use internally and it's used to determine how we shine a spotlight on our colleagues each month. Individually we strive for excellent *communication*, we encourage everyone to take *responsibility*, we *inspire* each other, and above anything, it's all in the *teamwork* to make the dream work 👌 Well done, Flo! ✨ ☕ #Employeeofthemonth

Sounds like you could really use a friend right now. Let’s go for coffee. Talking on the phone is a great way to stay connected. So is email, or texting. But nothing beats a good old-fashioned catch up.  With hugs.  With eye contact.  With the chance to truly connect face to face. Things can get said, heard, supported and sorted face-to-face in a way that they never can via distance. If you’re feeling strong and in a good place right now, maybe you could reach out to someone you know is struggling a little and offer to meet them for coffee? If you’re the one feeling lonely, isolated and like you’re drowning rather than swimming (even if you’re doing it with a smile on your face!) why don’t you ask to meet a friend for coffee? Let’s make an effort and get together. Because when we do, the love and care that flows has an amazing power to help and heal. And we all benefit from that magic ✨ Let’s go for coffee. #letsgoforcoffee #goforcoffee #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawarenessweek #talkaboutit Isle Listen 🧡 💚

We welcome Saskia Kelly as a Cycle 360 Supported Athlete for 2024 💥 Saskia’s commitment to promoting female mountain biking on the island is nothing short of inspiring. Her efforts to increase female race entries and build a supportive community have already made a significant impact. Despite juggling family life as a mum of two, plus business responsibilities, Saskia remains dedicated to competing in local events and nurturing her passion for cycling, both on and off the trails. She's dominated the enduro scene for a number of years but for 2024, Saskia will be getting involved in all aspects of the sport, both socially and competitively and fitting in whatever her schedule can allow – from cross country mountain biking, enduro races both locally and in the UK, road racing and Cycle 360’s social coffee club rides. Saskia is one of six athletes on the Cycle 360 programme, which arms Manx cyclists with special discounts on world-class equipment, priority workshop servicing, and financial support for competitions. Enjoy 2024 Saskia 👊

Meet Caitlin Gelder 👋  New to the Cycle 360 Supported Athlete Programme for 2024, Caitlin is a longtime supporter of Cycle 360 and a talented triathlete. Cait has some big goals this year; she's been selected to represent Team GB in the Under 24 age group category at both the European Championships this year, AND the World Championships. Training hard throughout the winter, she believes she’s in the best position possible to give her all at these events. Known for entering a whole plethora of Manx events and always with masses of positivity, Cait has a cabinet-full of achievements: attending the Island Games in 2023 as a triathlete, competing in Le Dans (solo) in 2022, completing 470km in total!  She was also the first female in the Manx Middle Distance (half Ironman) in 2023, and off-island she's competed in Ironman events, placing first Under 24 female in IronMan Estonia in 2023, and second in the U24 European Championships in Madrid last summer!  We are buzzing to have Cait join the programme for 2024 as she's a fantastic role model, and we know she'll benefit from everything the programme has to offer, not least; factory kit, workshop priority servicing, plus generous discounts and the financial support we offer to all our supported athletes. Best of luck Cait for 2024👊🇮🇲💯

Emily Bridson joins the Cycle 360 Supported Athlete Programme for 2024! Returning to the Isle of Man after a 10-year hiatus, Emily Bridson’s enthusiasm for Cycle 360 stems from her love for EVERYTHING cycling-related, coffee & cake included. While balancing her commitments to her current UK team and international cross-country racing, Emily is eager to explore opportunities to collaborate with us, so we couldn't be happier to support her with world-class equipment, special discounts and financial support! Emily’s goals this year cover excelling in the elite category in cross-country racing both locally and nationally, competing in the enduro scene locally and getting involved with the road scene both socially and competitively. Eric Kelly joins our Supported Athlete Programme for 2024 🙌 A former runner and footballer, Eric suffered an injury at age 25, which led him to start cycling with his dad during lockdown in 2020. Eric’s first race was the Cycle 360 MTB Series round in Chibbanagh 2020 and he completed the Manx 50 not long after. His rapid ascent to the Island Games squad last year speaks volumes about his potential 💥 With goals set on national cross-country mountain biking rounds and local races this year, Eric brings a fresh perspective to the cycling scene and his positive attitude and modesty when racing is nothing short of inspiring. We’re really excited about the future for Eric and really proud to be supporting him. Go get it 👊

Joining the Cycle 360 supported athlete programme for another year; Endurance rider Brad Woodruffe is set to tackle a number of events this year. As well as regularly attending Cycle 360's monthly coffee club rides, and enjoying Sunday rides on his gravel bike with his colleagues in our bikeshop team, Brad is focusing on the local TT series at Jurby and 24-hours Le Dans this year. Tackling the Dirty Reiver 200km event at the weekend, and the 312 Mallorca, this week, Brad is no stranger to testing his physical resilience and mindset in ambitious events.  He completed the Race Through Poland and set his own challenge to do the "Lighthouses Fondo" last year.  Other achievements from last year include his Everesting challenge up Injebreck and to complete it, he went up the fiercely steep climb 42(!) times, cycling for 11 hours 49 minutes 🤯 Brad loves mental mileage and we're really excited to see what he gets up to this year. We're proud to be supporting Brad with financial support, world-class products from our bikeshop and technical cycling kit for all his racing in 2024.  Best of luck for the 2024 season, Brad 👊  #cycle360supportedathletes #isleofmancycling
