Are you a video editor? Apply now! What we need in a Video Editor- We are looking for a rock star Video Editor to join our growing team. As the perfect candidate, you are a seasoned Video Editor with several years of experience under your belt. You will be responsible for creating polished videos that tell a compelling story and, ultimately, delight our clients. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in film editing or related degree required, with 4-7 years of related experience - Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects - Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously - Have a working comprehension of Level A or Level AA compliance, and ensure where applicable and necessary - Directing: comfortable and confident in directing talent - Have a documented solid mastery of video editing programs, systems, and equipment used for video media and effects, including video and sound quality - Audio engineering, mixing, and mastering: must have experience editing various video projects and inserting SFX, voiceovers, music, and transitions as needed - Storyboarding: experience in creating storyboards and other visual or written representations of planned edits for video projects - Communication: proficient communication skills are required in order to troubleshoot roadblocks or concerns with your team, as well as to set expectations with both internal and external stakeholders - Collaboration: ability to collaborate with your creative peers and the client is key and the ability to take constructive criticism and creative direction are essential - Time Management: must be able to use tools such as Google Calendar, and practices such as daily scrums to manage your time - Organization: utilize tools and techniques to keep work organized - Attention to detail: must have a keen attention to detail when editing and while filming/recording speaking talent - Experience with motion graphics, illustration, or basic animation is a plus but not required Find other details below in the post.
