IPL 2024 के लिए खिलाड़ियों की नीलामी मंगलवार (19 दिसंबर) को दुबई में हुई. इसमें पैट कमिंस को सनराइजर्स हैदराबाद ने 20.50 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा है. इस तरह पैट कमिंस आईपीएल इतिहास के सबसे महंगे प्लेयर बने. मगर उनका यह रिकॉर्ड भी घंटेभर में टूट गया. यह रिकॉर्ड कमिंस के हमवतन तेज गेंदबाज मिचेल स्टार्क ने तोड़ा है. अब आईपीएल इतिहास के सबसे महंगे खिलाड़ी ऑस्ट्रेलिया के तेज गेंदबाज मिचेल स्टार्क बन गए हैं. उन्हें KKR टीम ने 24.75 करोड़ रुपये में खरीदा.
