Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Company Secretary with an LLB qualification to join our legal team at News Nation Network Private Limited. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements specific to the media industry in India. Key Responsibilities: Act as the principal advisor to the Board of Directors and management on corporate governance matters. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to media companies in India. Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to media operations. Handle legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration proceedings as required. Monitor changes in legislation and regulatory framework affecting the media industry and advise stakeholders accordingly. Manage secretarial functions including board meetings, AGMs, and related filings. Requirements: LLB degree from a recognized university in India. Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with membership of ICSI. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary and legal counsel, preferably within the media or entertainment sector. Sound knowledge of corporate law, SEBI regulations, and media industry-specific regulations in India. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide strategic legal advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: This is a full-time position based in Noida, India. Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
