Rebaca Technologies is #hiring a Manager-Sales in 5G / 4G / O-Ran/ Telecom Domain! [Note: This is a requirement for an end-to-end sales profile, not “pre-sales”/ “Sales support or coordinator” / “Sales operations” / “Sales Engineer” etc.] Role & responsibilities 📃 1. End-to-end sales responsibilities with complete ownership of the process. Full sales cycle management – opportunity qualification, directing backend sales development teams, effective product positioning, driving product demos, pricing & commercial negotiations, ensuring a healthy funnel, accurate forecasting, representing Rebaca at industry events, and managing executive-level relationships. 2. Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers in the accounts- Middle and senior management, including CXOs of various Telco operators, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners. 3. Responsible for lead generation, sales pipeline development client relationship management, and achieving sales targets. 4. Key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and identifying business opportunities. Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. Developing forecasts and reporting activities to management regularly. 5. Translate technical requirements into viable solutions and service offerings. Conduct trials, demos, workshops, and technical forums to showcase product capabilities. 6. Negotiating the terms and conditions of orders, agreements and closing sales. Preferred candidate profile ✅ 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in 5G / 4G / ORAN or telecom product sales. 2. Knowledge of Telecommunications Technologies, Architecture, Testing methods, 4G /5G / networks, 4G / 5G Core network, 5G Test and measurement tools. 3. Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets. 4. Proficient in negotiation and sales techniques and Process understanding with a winning mindset. 5. Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions. 6. Proficiency in market analysis and GTM strategic planning.
