Key Responsibilities: The following are the responsibilities: - • Develop a deeper understanding of the product & understand the sourcing dynamics of the area. • Onboard farmers into Vegrow platform for sourcing & engagement services • Identify and onboard vendors for ensuring fill rate & source directly from farmers & vendors Farm &Village Identification: identifying potential villages and farmers for sourcing Fruits. • Expand farmer base: Onboard the farmers (area-wise and crop-wise) • Monitor crop-wise harvest and schedule the existing crop quantity and variety. • Completing the regular targets of material arrival and availability • Maintaining Good and influential relationships with farmers and vendors within the territory. Educational Qualification: B.Sc/ M.Sc-Agri & Horti allied (preferable) Minimum Experience: Field experience of about 6 months to 1 year in the sourcing of fruits like Pomegranate and fluency in Marathi language will be preferable. What We’re Looking For: 1. Should be willing to be on the ground, work closely with farmers & open to travel across. 2. Should be willing to continuously learn and unlearn & should be a self-motivated individual with a strategic bent of mind. 3.
