Feedback is a super powerful tool to fuel your growth mindset but be fully aware who you take it from n whose would actually matter. Also, it's not just restricted to one or two steps rather an ongoing process. Bear in mind there is nothing wrong in learning from people who know better than you, feedback sometimes can be critical make sure you don't let your ego come in way of your learning rather pick up the relevant points objectively, it's important to introspect where you are going wrong and better yourself, set SMART goals for yourself and seek support from the right person when needed last but not the least 'Believe In Yourself' if you want people to believe in you!

What do you do if you face objections and need to negotiate deals in an interview?
Not facing an objection while closing a deal is like a dream come true for any sales person but that's hardly the case. While a customer would always have objections its important to listen to the customer and acknowledge them rather than outrightly rejecting their concerns. The trick is not to address all of these objections but definitely instill confidence in the buyer that he/she/they are not making a bad business decision. It's important to figure out whether these objections being put forth are genuine or mere excuses to not sign the deal and address it accordingly.

What do you do if your team lacks collaboration and inclusivity?
Setting expectations is very crucial. More often than not the expectation setting is unclear leaving the team confused. Be clear in communicating what is expected. the second step would be to inculcate the spirit of team work. Advocate the importance of these values. Identify the solo flyers and establish some ground rules.

Identifying issue is the most critical step: ascertain whether it is an intent issue or knowledge issue and take the next steps accordingly. 1:1 conversations usually help in identifying the root cause Talking about their strength n weaknesses basis their pattern also helps in identifying the underlying causes. All this helps in forming the basis of the coaching strategy
