We are seeking an experienced Application & Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As an Application & Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining web and mobile applications to meet the needs of our organization. Your expertise in frontend and backend development will be key in delivering high-quality, user-friendly digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements for web and mobile applications
Design and develop user-facing features and components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Create and maintain server-side and client-side web applications
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Implement security and data protection measures
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure the reliability and functionality of applications
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement attractive and responsive designs
Deploy applications on cloud platforms and manage hosting environments
Document development phases and monitor systems
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through innovative ideas and solutions
Provide technical support and solutions to resolve issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address application requirements and expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an Application & Web Developer or a similar role
Demonstrated expertise in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks
Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby
Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL
Strong understanding of responsive and mobile design principles
Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or SVN
Experience with web services and APIs (REST, SOAP)
Ability to work in an Agile development environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Solid understanding of security best practices for web and mobile applications
Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes
Keen interest in staying abreast of new technologies and applying them to optimize existing systems
