The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the talent acquisition process and is instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. This remote position requires a skilled professional who can effectively collaborate with hiring managers and support the company's growth by identifying and engaging qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
  • Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks
  • Screen and assess applicants to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the position
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and fulfill open positions
  • Manage communication with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the sourcing and selection process
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities to attract talent
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in all recruitment activities
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through thoughtful candidate sourcing and evaluation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role
  • Demonstrated understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and conduct effective interviews
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time efficiently
  • Demonstrated understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment
  • Solid negotiation and influencing skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to recruitment
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Certification in HR or Recruitment is a plus
