Job Description:

Currently seeking an energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition to join our fast paced, full life cycle recruitment team, supporting field support and proposal recruitment. This position is responsible for thorough execution of AVASO’s recruiting process for assigned searches, and requires an eye for detail, a passion for finding top talent, and an ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Acquire new vendors from different sourcing channel's and completing their documentations for onboarding them to the sourcing network
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Jobs post to appropriate job board/newspapers and other platforms.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Professional Skills

• Hands on experience with acquiring new vendor's, vendor management/coordination, onboarding’s and with their documentation.
• Proven work experience as on international engineers’ recruitment (either an inhouse recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Candidate should be Graduate.
• Excellent communication skills – written & oral
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Time management & multitasking ability
