Position Overview: As an HR Recruiter at Gnani.ai, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, facilitating the hiring process and onboarding. Your goal will be to ensure we recruit the best individuals who align with our company culture and contribute to our overall success.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications.
Coordinating with the interview panel to schedule interviews.
Collection of documents and conducting of background verifications checks.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust recruiting strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role, with at least 1 year of experience.
Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
