Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 6-7 years of experience who possesses strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will excel in utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoint along with proficiency in organizing events, public speaking, and social media management will be advantageous. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle small recruitment or Human Resource department related projects end-to-end and have the curiosity and willingness to learn.

Role Description & Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates, to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for weekly cadence with leadership team and reporting purposes.
  • Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools to create compelling presentations for recruitment purposes and identify opportunity for automation
  • Utilize social media platforms and events to promote employer brand and engage with potential candidates.
  • Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication in all interactions, including presentations, emails, and social media posts.
  • Report and learn from data and KPI’s to suggest improvements of user experiences and enhance our talent acquisition processes and policies

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6-7 years of experience in talent acquisition or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and video editing software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with managing projects in Recruitment or HR domain.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including late evenings if required.
