Role Overview:


  • The Brand Manager Swisse WELLNESS is a key marketing point of contact for the local market.
  • The role involves brand planning, activation and fully own brand communication strategy. Part of local
  • Marketing team, develops an adapted local Marketing plan in line with the Global Marketing strategy.




Responsibilities:


MARKETING


  • Act as a brand champion, ensuring brand equity and guidelines are upheld in all communications
  • Support Sell-out Analysis and Competition for the Marketing Department according to the department’s goals and initiatives
  • Support the creation of Marketing & Trade Marketing Materials: from communication materials for offline & online channel, to sales force materials and their shipment
  • Support the Innovation Brand Manager during the NPDs development and implementation process to fit Swisse portfolio
  • Support the Artwork design and in the approval process for all related running projects
  • Support the team in the supplier & purchase orders management
  • Actively participate in sales force meetings and support the preparation for all the materials and presentation ready
  • Proactively collaborate with the other functions to respect deadlines and maximize efficiency
  • Drive understanding of category dynamics, consumer behaviours
  • Own brand, category and market performance review
  • Track, review and analyse competitors’ activity and performance so as to positively influence marketing plans and recommend corrective actions
  • Review and analyse internal and external brand KPIs to help maximise sales and profitability
  • Responsible for the communications strategy for the entire Swisse category focusing on planning, implementing and overseeing all relevant market activations.
  • Responsible to drive the new and existing portfolio strategy with focus on core business activations, assortment optimization and initatives to increase sell-out results for existing and new product ranges.
  • Ownership and Management of all updates to the existing Swisse product portfolio (EPD)
  • Implementation and management of tech transfers working alongside Supply Chain team and external Contract Manufacturers
  • Project leader of Swisse Visual Identity update strategy on whole portfolio and other artwork changes requested by the team, market or Regulation, following up constantly with the Regulatory and Quality team.
  • Implementation of Regional and global initiatives on existing product range such as Clean Coating, Clean labelling, Formula improvements
  • Develop and flawlessly execute marketing campaigns including consumer activations, shopper activities, detailing programmes, brand events to engage pharmacists, in line with marketing/campaign objectives
  • Manage marketing budget in accordance with Marketing manager




TRADE MARKETING

  • Sell-in understanding, analyse sales results and customer distribution
  • Implementation, operation and execution of the trade marketing strategy through customers and point of sales
  • Support the creation of Trade Marketing Materials: from POS to sales force materials;
  • Management of suppliers and agencies, and the budget relating to the assigned projects.




COMMUNICATION

  • Support the sales team in creating effective communication of Marketing activities to the Sales Managers and Field Sales Representatives, preparing selling materials and presentations to support the whole portfolio range and all brand activations.
  • Work with Science team to develop appealing consumer-friendly, on-brand communication materials to drive brand awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Plan & execute market research and concept testing to consumers and pharmacists
  • Lead post campaign analysis and contribute to optimize brand support model; post evaluation of marketing initiatives and continuous tracking vs objectives.




Qualification, Experience & Skills:


  • Degree in Business Administration, or relevant academic qualification.
  • Scientific/marketing background (both backgrounds will be taken into consideration)
  • High level of English (both written and oral)
  • Tactical and strategical vision to identify new trends and new products within the market
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests, and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Home residence: Milan or hinterland Milan




Terms & Conditions:

· Permanent, Full-time based in Milan

· Remuneration package to be agreed based on previous experience

· Headquarters: H&H Italy, Viale Sarca 235, Milano (Bicocca area)

· Way of Working: Hybrid (Physical presence with smart working)
